New York Times  best selling author Patrick Lencioni captures the 5 typical problems teams have.  I highly recommend this book to every senior pastor or  leader in any field. But Isaiah 40:28 says: Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. If God does not get tired or weary then why in the world did He rest on the seventh day.  Then it hit me God rested not because He was tired, He rested because He wanted to enjoy His creation with mankind.  To rest is to enjoy.  How many times have we gone to bed to sleep but woke up tired because we did not enjoy our sleep?  On the other hand I have run several kilometers and ended up rested because I enjoyed every minute of it. The thing I appreciate most about Victory is our association with <a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://everynation.org/en/home.html">Every Nation Churches and Ministries</a>.  But then again our founder, <a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://smurrell.multiply.com/">Steve Murrell</a> (left) is also a co-founder of Every Nation.  This vital relationship gives us a reliable supply of mentors, teachers and role models who help us as pastors become even better at our job and calling.
